Brief Description From 2005 to 2007 I was seconded by OxfamNovib to advice the Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies in Sri Lanka on how to improve accountability relations in the response to the 2004 tsunami. This involved a total of five trips of several weeks to work with the CHA in Colombo.
